Man of great vessels

Share I don't despise the new fashions. I admire them, when they are good. What is good is not for only one man, will you please try to understand that a thing of beauty is a joy forever? Whatever is born of truth, whether in art or religion, belongs to eternity; it never goes out of fashion. Fashion is the act of demonstrating our culture; there should be regards for culture and fashion. There is more to fashion than beauty and style. Will you also remember that modern styles, modes, fashions, inventions, call them what you will, are the mere average product of human thought and labor during a few years; the ability of man to always desire new styles, the act of putting art into images.


There are different types of fashions, and so many things are categorize under the umbrella of fashion. The one I shall be talking about is the one that deals with dresses, the production and market of new styles.

Certainly it is easier to say what to avoid than what to accept, for there's more of it. Broad is the road of error, and the faults and follies, vices and sins, the right thing to do cannot be told in detail for another, since every man must manifest his own individuality as he must work out his own salvation. Am not here to criticize what we put on or how we dress but just to share more light on what look to us to be in folk. I have heard about a conversation between a priest and a boy in whom the priest tries to comment on what the boy was putting on, the boy told the priest that he is putting on what is in fogue. Yes we love to flow with the current whether good or bad; we don’t want to be labeling oldies, thereby closing our eyes to the evil that can be cause by what we are wearing. There is what to put on and when to really be in it; you don’t wear flashy clothes to place a sad event has just occurred.

There should be decency in what we wear, you dress the way you want to be address. What you wear determine the type of people attracted to you. If a lady always put on skimpy skirt tube or different kind of uncovered wears, she may just be attracted to guys who put on crazy jeans. Fashion should be trendy and gorgeous but not erotic. Some ladies don’t care about what people feel on what they are putting on especially by the opposite sex. A man sexual drive is stimulated by sight. The moment a guy looks at a lady, he only has two options either to be a true friend or to have you warm his bed. At first sight people tends to judge us by outward our look. A guy saw a lady in my present and referred to her as marriage material, indeed she is if to go by what she is putting on. No matter what you are putting on if you are not confidence you are not sexy, you don’t need to be half naked before you look appealing to a guy. Let him not only see your beauty alone but also who you are in what you are putting on. In our fashions and styles, decency should be included when considering what to choose or wear.

To conclude by what the priest said to the boy. “It’s truly what is in town right now but you can live without it”. I expect we shall find no two houses built or furnished alike. No two human with the same body structure and characters. Why been like them when you can be yourself.  If you wish to be "utterly other".  of course you are hollow, artificial, insincere; moreover a nuisances. It’s only a fool that try to be somebody else.
