The world is full of opportunities. Opportunities are brilliantly disguise as impossible situation and it is only when we can see beyond the present and see into the future that we can then make use of our opportunity wisely. Discernment to perceive, courage to undertake, patience to carry through, will change the whole aspect of the universe for us and bring positive achievement out of meaningless negation.
Every 1st of October will always remain an historic day; it will always be a day to be celebrated all over the Nigeria federation and that is why I will not fail to wish all faithful Nigerian ‘Happy Independence’.
This is day to celebrate but also a time to talk about what we so much long for which is CHANGE

I know only few people will agree with me that Nigeria is undergoing gradual changes; even though I might not be able to defend it but the truth is that if you have not develop then you can not see any developmental change in the country….for instance a business man whose net income increase from #200000 to #1000000 will not agree that there is no growth in the economy; he has some how manage to change his economy and develop. People who look for greener pasture are those who can not sow the seeds but desires fruits.

A man should learn to develop everyday by his attributes and choices which are the building blocks to build his life. If you want to change the world you must first change your life, your ways of reasoning…you easily change the world by changing your own world. One truth is that no matter how develop a country; it can not develop you if you fail to develop yourself… the country need you to develop and not the country to develop.
Change can be compare to Bell-Magendie Law.
For many who don’t know the law, it only means one directional movement of impulse to cause reflexes (change). For things to change their must be VISION which is needed to plan for the future and this will lead to CREAIVITY and through FOCUS we can change our ways of thinking (REVOLUTION) to replace something old with new (RENEWAL) and thus we will finally see the CHANGES we want.

If you fail to put your house in less than other then expect nothing less than disorder. Abraham Lincoln told U.S citizen that they will only be destroy by outsider if they don’t put the country in order. To avoid destruction it is left for me and you, we need to work together regardless of our political and cultural background; ethnicity should not come before the national interest. To achieve our common goal then we must do things in common with our common sense, there things you don’t need to be told as good citizen; if you are a leader be an exemplary one and I you are a follower remember that leadership is co-business. Let work together to achieve our common objectives.
I don't despise the new fashions. I admire them, when they are good. What is good is not for only one man, will you please try to understand that a thing of beauty is a joy forever? Whatever is born of truth, whether in art or religion, belongs to eternity; it never goes out of fashion. Fashion is the act of demonstrating our culture; there should be regards for culture and fashion. There is more to fashion than beauty and style. Will you also remember that modern styles, modes, fashions, inventions, call them what you will, are the mere average product of human thought and labor during a few years; the ability of man to always desire new styles, the act of putting art into images.
Oh! Why did you have to wake me now this is what a friend said to me long time go, then I asked him what he dreamt about and he told me he saw himself in the future world. There dreams we all want to come to reality, believe me, it is possible if only you put them in your mind and heart because the image you carry on them echo out to the universe for manifestation.
A dream is a goal without legs; you need to make it walk, and carrying it along everywhere you go. You become successful the moment you start moving towards your goals, the moment you belief in your dream and want it to come to reality. Many people killed their dreams by remaining stagnant , what do you think would happen to any carnivores that failed to search for its preys; starve to death I guess, that is what happen to a dream that is not set in motion. Think about the benefits and rewards you stand to gain from achieving your dream because this will help you to work towards making it become reality. Imagine how you would feel and what it would be like reaching your goals in life, all you need to do is start seeing yourself as an achiever because goals is like a fuel in the furnace of achievement, the only thing you need is to BELIEF, develop a passion for your goals and this will guide you to achieving your dream; goals is a passion of life that is deeply tied to our sense of fact that we no longer question why we work towards them. The moment you realize your goal in life and work towards it you don’t seem to know how far you are heading to and how long it will take to get there. I know it as not been easy but you need to keep pushing on and remember that winning isn’t everything but wanting to win, your burning desire to succeed can make things easy for you because it will makes you not only notice your opportunities when they come knocking but to also creates more successful people doesn’t wait for opportunity but create opportunities. The more your opportunity, better your chances of winning and making it to your goal.

There is a saying that you don’t value what you have until you loose it. Thank God I haven’t lost you my friend before realizing it. Friendship is one of the cheapest and most accessible of pleasures; it requires no outlay and no very serious expenditure of time or trouble. Nigerian, we need to wake up from our slumber, if we want to reap the blessing of freedom we must undergo the fatigue of supporting it. Why do we wait for someone to start, majority job is no man job. If we want to build a strong nation it must be in love and with unity. Individuality can not make us one, we can only grow tall when we live in one community and peaceful society. Forget tribalism and ethnicity, put the motive of the power belong to us behind us, if the west are pivoting the affair of the nation; that does not generalize them to be the FOOD BASKET OF THE NATION instead of their individual motto. The change begins with you. Be the visionary that the country is looking for, if you think the country is corrupt check yourself if you are a saint in making.
Corruption is everywhere in you home and in my also. If truly we want to eradicate corruption in our society it begins in our individual home and community; in our sphere of contact. Remove the peg in your eyes before removing the log in other people’s eyes. Our country needs those that can find solutions to our problem, people who will make new discoveries and proffer new thoughts and ideologies that we make the nation great not people who will create law for their own self interest. We do not need to wait for help, be a source of inspiration to others, and be a helper, a giver, a solution provider. “Nigerian can no longer be a potential”…Jide Salu. We know we have what it takes to be a great nation; we have the strength, the youth and the resources. We do not need to compromise our standard; we do not need to accept the status quos. “One of the truest tests of integrity is its blunt refusal to be compromised”… Chinua Achebe. We don’t need to be force into what we never want to do just to have a loaf on our table and wine in our belly. We can never remain captives under the name of freedom, we need to be responsible for our action and enjoy the true reward of freedom. “We are free, truly free, when we do not need to rent our arms to anybody in order to be able to lift a piece of bread to our mouth”… Ricardo. Flores. Morgan. We need to stand on our ground and change our world, our sphere of contact and if we tend to change our immediate environment, we will ultimate change the country.

In the Roman and Legion army it is said that there can only be a bad leaders and no bad followers. The country needs to grow so also the leader need to change. We need to treat the corruption in our society in Chinese way. We need leader that can be a Cat in the midst of the Rat around us, someone who we not be bully by the so called god’s fathers. The politician are what they are because we give them the power to be, we allow them to rob us of their right and duty to the nation, we gave them the power when we failed to make the best use of it. Though it look that we can not do anything against this disease of epidemic proportion in our society and one that has the greatest effect on more people than any other single interaction that occur on each one of its. The politician are not the only one concerned in this, it is at every places where leadership is excise, in our various house and working place, at every fields and areas of life. If we want to wash Nigeria clean, we need start washing our dirty linen first. Corruption is everywhere at every places you can imagine. It does not start and end at the political arena; it is what affects you and I. Politician in Nigeria need to stop acting like a magician, they should stop drawing our attention away from what they are doing. We need our eyes open to be able to see things that need to be done in our community. Things can change if we have the love of our community in our heart, the love that light and that keeps glowing the holy fire of patriotism, to reminds us of our anthem and pledge (to serve Nigeria with all my strength). Difficulty overtake us, misfortune confront us. It should not weigh us down and make us to be fear of failure. It is those that dare to fail greatly that succeed greatly. If you sit back and wait all day, all night without confronting your challenges you will never be able to find a solution to your problem. If a child is afraid of falling, and do not dare to fall, he will not learn to walk. If you fail to take the risk of failing, you will not have a chance of winning. That are two sides to everything; is either you win or lose. Every time you take a challenge you are daring to fail; if you put in your best you will turn your challenges into a favoure. If you don’t struggle there will be no victory. The more steps you take the more distance you cover and the fewer journeys ahead.
To some people success is everything and the easier it is gain the better it is, success is best enjoy when it is won in midst of adversity. Anything is hard to begin, whether it be taking a cold bath, writing a letter, clearing up a misunderstanding, or falling to on the day's work. Nothing is easy to begin. Yet "a thing begun is half done." The journey of a thousand miles begins with a step. No matter how unpleasant a thing is to do, begin it and immediately it becomes less unpleasant. Form the excellent habit of making a start. Nothing is impossible to those whose guide is duty, pray when you need to pray, work when you need to and play when the time is right. The right motivation comes with the perfect words. Don’t speak the word that reflect failure all the time but one that reflects courage and determination. Just as your look can speak more of your inner feelings, guide your thought against failure.
We all dream of great deeds and high positions, away from the pettiness and humdrum of ordinary life. So many people dream and they become dreamer alone without turning there dreams into achievement. They do not take the risk of failing; if you want something to stand in life then you must be ready of taking the risk of letting it fall. Success is not occupying a lofty place or doing conspicuous work; it is being the best that is in you. Small effort we only mean that you want little success and great work implies that you want a bigger success. Success comes from self-control and a true sense of the values of things. Its only when you know the value of your goal that achieving it become your top priority and you begin to appreciate yourself and your talent, ready to stake your life in achieving success.
Thinking you would like a square meal will not in itself earn you one. Thinking you would like a strong body will not without effort on your part makes you an athlete. Thinking you would like to be kind or successful will not bring you gentleness or achievement if you stop with mere thinking. The arrows of intention must have the bow of strong purpose to impel them. Prayer without action will not yield a positive answer. Don’t just sit and wait for manners to fall from heaven, the day of Moses are far gone but God of Moses will never change. You are not in the wilderness and you don’t need to wait for magic before you get things done. Be a practical dreamer don’t think of any problem without solving it.
